Need Advise,
I have a 77 model 4230. The lift makes the engine go into a hard strain when not all the way up or down, even without load. The engine clears up when the lift rises all the way up or all the way down. I have done the adjustments required in the shop manual. It also sometimes makes a "whining" noise when the lift is bumped down just a tab below max height. Any suggestions?
