Tractor accident/ death

Last week a woman died in WI. while cutting grass. The tractor started on fire and she tried to get off the back of the tractor and the PTO caught her. They said she was killed instantly.

Does anyone know what kind of tractor it was that caught fire. Because my tractor caught fire and burned up the cab only. The key was off and it just started on fire.

It was a New Holland TS100. One should be able to turn the key off and not have ones tractor burn up. Has anyone esle heard of this happening??

That is why every machine should have a HD main disconnect at the battery(s).
