OT Ebay Problem

When I search for something on Epay and the results come up non of the buttons on the search page will work when you mouse over them and click on them. The sort by box on top will not work or the refine search boxes on the left of the page. Also when I have several pages of results and at the bottom of the page you click page 2 or next the first page will reload every time. I've been getting more and more disillusioned with ebay but it is the only place to find certain items. I've tried contacting customer support but no reply, no surprise there. Anyone have this problem and found a solution.

Try going to your tools at the top of the browser,go to internet options, clear the history first if that does not work, in your temporary internet files, delete files. Pages will take some time to load again. That worked for me when I had problems with ebay but don't know if it will work for you.

I check ebay every morning and ever since they changed their search pages they have gone haywire. It will jump from Agriculture and Forestry to All Categories and suddenly instead of looking for an IH 706, you are looking at sunglasses. But, that said, it is still the only place to find some things. I found all the parts for my IH 464 on ebay and very reasonable too.

Try refreshing the page that your on,I don't think that I've ever had that happen on ebay but I've had other pages do it,where I couldn't click on any links from that page, after I refreshed the page,it worked fine.

I don't know how you get your internet, but I get my DSL over the phone line and every so often when it gets slow and does not work right, especially with Ebay, I have to disconect all phone lines for about 15 or 20 minutes and everything gets back to working normal again. I'm not an expert and it' hard to explain why, but the phone man explained it to me and it sounded logical. Anyway works for me. Yes, Ebay has had problems and has been their fault when they go through their changes (for the better, "ha"), but when they reply back, it is your computer. I have to totally disagree.

I stopped using ebay last year when it would not let me into my paypal account. Tried everything I could to get on. No luck so I just gave up.

I cleared my temp files and cookies. Works fine for now. Guess I hadn"t cleared them for a few weeks. Amazing how many computer problems can have such a simple fix. Thanks for the replies.
