Sunday they forecast no rain for a week. Temperature to be in 100's. We got the 100's and RAIN. Rain in Oklahoma in August is very rare. Guess we will join the washed hay gang. Got another cutting ready to go in another field. Four cuttings and only have one that did not get rained on. Bet those dairy cow will eat it. Rain lated about 20 minutes. Jusr check the temp and it is 94.

Allan Son has been on the internet looking at those lttle round balers that you wrap up the bale in plastic Does not have enough cows for a big one.
I wonder if that small Krone that James Howell has will roll up green hay for silage.

Two weekends ago Nancy and I noticed a fellow cutting his field of Bahia/Johnson grass with a mower conditioner.

We talked about the nice windrows the mower conditioner was making.

Monday we saw the same fellow with a tedder spreading the windrows.

His hay got washed last Saturday by over 4 inches of rain.
