I am wondering cause I had some drywall in my great room repaired by a pro-drywaller this week and I now need to use primer on it. So.... Who makes the best drywall primer?
1. Behr
2. Glidden
3. Sherwin Willy
4. Zinzerr, spelling error here.

I will stay away from the generic stuff like Ace, Sears, Etc.
I havent painted/primed drywall in years, I used the Behr on my house when I built it, not bad but....I am not a pro-painter so I dont know which is best.

I"ve done a lot of painting in my 66 years and I can honestly say that Behr is the best paint I"ve ever used--for any application. I don"t even consider anything else.

We use Behr Primer/Paint for a one coat job on the interior walls and ceilings.Just finished our two bathrooms. Looks geat.Ceilings are popcorned and the walls are knock down and coverage could not be better.

Hi, Behr paints seems to get good recommendations this morning. Any name brands are just about perfect as long as you buy/purchase the expensive primer/paint. Remember any good paint project begins with GOOD PRIMER. Cheers, Murray
Cheap paint always turns out as cheap paint.

We are in the progress of remodeling a bathroom,we used PVA sheet rock sealer it went on easy and the top coat covered real good.

Behr is pretty good for a general use primer. If you have any discoloration or staining issues the Zinsser sealer/primers are the only ones to use.
