Identify Antique Rider

By Tuesday I should have pictures and perhaps get more info from the tag but was looking for guidance in the meantime where I might find websites or info about the make n model and manufacturer of an old riding lawn mower I bought today but wont pick up until Monday.

It has a single about 13 inch rear wheel drive with the tin bucker seat right on top of it, the engine in front with two tires that steer and then the deck hanging out the front. I recall a tag on the deck about made in Indianapolis.

My plan is to restore it and hang another cast iron seat out over the deck for the first wife to ride in parades. With that single 13 inch snow tire rear drive and my fat rear sitting right on top of it I bet it will have great traction lol

Ol John T and all

There are several that are as you described. E.g. is the Cizek "Little John", made by Cizek MFG. & Distrib. Co., in Clutier, Iowa, ca. 1954.
It has a large, single drive wheel back with a metal bucket seat that hangs over it. Two smaller wheels in front that steer. Came with a 2, or a 3 1/2 horse engine mounted in front. Came with several attachements including a front-mounted mower. Steering has handlebars like a bicycle.
