Dad just got a TUG

My dad just got an old tug tractor the body says clark and the engine is a flat head 6 cylinder Continental. How would you go about finding out the year of the tug or engine? it looks like its from the WWII era but thats just from looking at it. Thanks rob

Rob, go to orphans section, search for Clark Tugs. You will find an email address for "oldclarkguy" named Joe. I think he is a former Clark employee and is very knowledgable and helpful on their equipment. HTH.

Look for a nameplate on the engine-most are
painted over, or covered with oil and dirt.
