I have searched for a automotive machinist forum and can't find an active one. there has to be one somewhere. where?.

What do you want to know????you can try on the practical machinist & home shop machinist sites their are a few automotive machinists there....have done a fair amount myself , just not every day anymore....Shawn

i dont know, have looked too. but ive owned an auto / diesel machineshop for 30 years .sold it in 1996. lucas

foleyengines.com has an interactive tech tips and advice section that might be helpful...
You might check on IATN.net: Int'l Automotive Technicians Network. It's a membership group, don't recall cost, and don't know how much benefit to machining end of business. Good luck.
