I have 110 acres of crested wheatgrass. Unlike year's before, we have been blessed with A LOT of moisture & now have more grass than what my stock needs. My question is, would you either cut & bale some of it OR would you get some more cows/calves/steers?? to kick out on it & then sell them in the fall? Whixh would be the best to have for 4-5 months?
I don't make a living ranching by any means, but I have a little land & run a few cattle for my personnal needs.

Cut it and bale it and get it under a roof. It is going to be worth some good money. Because of the drought in different parts of the country..you will be able to name your price....supply and demand..
