Engine Numbers

I am sorry to bug you guys again, But I can't find nothing on my numbers I have off of my engine. 1565d is on the left side of clutch houseing and u0117521 is on the left side of the engine belowe the head stamped. I have search this board from one end to the other and can not find what year,model or nothing about this engine. Please help!! Thanks.
 
What's it used for? Have some pics?
How many cylinders? Gas/diesel? Turbo? Blower?
What type of fuel system?

I have pic of it under help identify as unknow, It is a gas engine, 4 cyc No turbo or blower. Gas. It was found by an old saw mill, but not sure if it was used to run it or not.
 
Harley, with all due respect, a side pic would probably be more helpful...
I don"t see any front power unit type mounting; is anything gone from the front?
Any starter/gen/dist/mag left? If so, info from any tags mounted?
IH used "U" designations for their power units, but that doesn"t seem to fit this engine.
Sawmill people have any comments, or if sawmill down how long since used/operated??
It doesn"t have the look of a really old engine, but still could be something someone would love to have for parts.
