Aftermarket fuel tanks used on IH 66' series?

Hello all, I bought a 75' Farmall 1566 awhile back and it had some interesting aftermarket fuel tanks on it. They are side mounted under the front of the cab, and actually the cab bolts to them. Don't have the original cab mounts or battery boxes. The tanks are steps to get in the cab as well. And I want to say the tanks could hold 50-70 gals a piece. It uses a 1 to 1-1/2" hose to connect them. Was wondering if someone would happen to know maybe what brand they are.

But also heard of alot of different types of auxilary tanks for these old tractors. One heard of was a belly mount under the cab. And also the main one I'm interested in is the front mounted tank. Would it be a good thing to have that tank almost blocking the radiator? What kind of capacity does that front mount have? Brand?

I want to do away with the saddle tanks I have and run the front mount tank. Any info would be helpfull. Thanks!

Heck, I dunno.

By the time I run 47 gallons out of the factory tank, it's past dark and time to go to the barn anyway. :>)

Alan from NE. I don"t tink I would feel safe with a fuel tank underneath a tractor. Seems like it;s inviting disaster .Grass fires and such. Took out our 706 tank(GAS) and Used a sealer, Brushed rino on the bottom 1/2 way up painted complete tank & re installed. The fuel looks real clean comming through the glass shutoff strainer. NO RUST! Man -O_man do I hate rust. replaced most old rusted screws.bolts.Nuts with STAINLESS STEEL.
Thanks again for the info on heater piping.
Used 2 valves instead of one. that way if we ever have to remove the cab(Which by the way )
has a lot of work yet to do on it. Was a cozy cab
that we purchased and man was it a PATCHED UP
piece of rusty add on panels. Wanted to upholster
it but time is running short. Will just get it sand blasted .Painted this year,BUT THANKS TO YOUR suggestions and Photos, IT WILL BE WARM>
