Pricing garden goods

I live in Northern Minnesota and need to find pricing for surplus garden goods. Would like to sell at a coop farmer's market, but don't know how much to charge.

You could go to your local super market and price accordingly. Look at the net price per weight rather than individual pricing for something. It should be posted on the shelf tag somewhere.

I sell excess garden produce (tomatoes, peppers,& squash) to a local resturant. They like most people prefer Local "FRESH" produce. I can sell all I can produce and I set my prices to be what the lowest supermarket or Wal-Mart charges. I do not have to set up/spend the day under a tent. Good Luck

No reason to sell at less than local store prices.Farmers markets tend to be very high priced.Always put extra produce in the customers bag, never never take anything out.Check prices at local farmers markets.Look for restaurants to sell to.You will have to deliver in most cases.I have found it best to sell roadside at home.
