guide tractor lens

I found a old light that is about 12'' in diameter and has a claw foot mounting bracket that looks like it should be on a fender. The lens says GUIDE TRACTOR LENS. The lens is flat. Also the wire coming out of it is inside a steel cable like a lawn mower throttle cable. What is it off of??

The lights in the picture are about 8 inch diameter.
These are somewhat rare, and were used in the 30's for tractors that had the rare option of headlights.
Some tractors that come to mind are:
Case, Farmall, Oliver, CO-OP, etc.

ChancesR That is exactly it only with a different mount bracket. I also have a tail light that was in the same box that has the same wire attatched. What are they worth?

Is that a tug tractor ?? That would expland the BIG lites, need lots of light around airplanes ...
