help with disc

I have a cheap 3pt disc with a bent frame. The sticker says International World Agritech Corporation Box 8, Bethel, Ohio 45105 It is out of business. Anyone know where to get frame parts?

What kind of frame box, angle iron? Cut bent piece out and weld in a new piece. another words make it.
