Zetor, one wheel locked up

Zetor tractor. Got sketchy info right now but I think it would be about a 80 something 50-65 hp. Was fine last time used, then went to use it today and one wheel is locked. Tried backing up and going forward. Left wheel pulls andtries to go in a circle but right wheel will not turn. Any thoughts? Thanks

Most Zetors have a master brake cyl. for each side
controled by each brake pedal. Sometimes the cyl.
gets stuck in the depressed position and the brake
remains on for that wheel. A new master cyl. is
what it takes to fix it. The master cyl. is just
ahead of the brakes pedals so I'd check there 1st.
Hopefully this is your problem as it is a fairly
easy and cheap($50-60) fix. Good luck.

See if there is a brake bleeder for that stuck wheel and open it and see if it releases. Then you know it's most likely the master cylinder.
