I lost my Google homepage and got some foreign language page. I clicked a lot of things I thought may work and got MSN but I want Google back. I do not know what I did to bet MSN I am using windows 2000. Thanks

Go to "Tools" tab at top of explorer page...then "internet options"...then "General" tab...in home page box, type address you want for your home page...hit "use current"...then "apply"...then "OK". This should fix your problem.

Mike's right on how to setup your homepage. BUT.. if it "doesn't take" (i.e. goes back to unwanted page on reboot), then you've got a virus of some kind. I had this happen and tried everything suggested on the web. Finally had to reload Windows 2000. Happened some time ago, but these things pop up every now and then as different variants. Hope this is NOT the case with you.
