A while back i posted the my Roughneck had no 100vac output. So last evening when I got home I decided that since my wife would be late getting in I would take it apart and try to figure it out. I pulled the cover off and decided I would start it and just double check it and wouldn"t you know it was working fine again. Figure maybe a relay was sticking the last time I tried it. Guess if it does it again I will just shut it down and restart and see what happens before i get to concerned with it. And by the way someone posted last time that the book is pretty much worthless when it come to this problem, I agree. As a matter of fact it is pretty much just something to get you started but after that it is worthless.

I had the same problem with another Miller. Customer brought it to me because it had no output. He said it had just stopped making AC voltage. I ran it for two days never found a problem. Gave it back to him no charge and it is still working to this day. I agree the manual is pretty much useless.
