Hear i am again.I noticed on my 2N that the throttle on my carb was not opening up all the way when i have full throttle on the handle. Not sure what the problem is.

Will the RPM's go up to where they should? ie PTO speed.

The carb throttle should not open all the way up. This si so the governor can give ti more throttle to keep the engine speed constant under changing load conditions.

Is this while running or stopped? While running, the governor will keep it closed or it will over-rev.
