What is the google chrome they are promoting lately?Anybody tried it.

Google Chrome is a web browser, much the same as Internet Explorer or Firefox. I have never tried it.

Shortly after release I downloaded it to give it a try. I wasn"t impressed and my throughts were that it actually worked a little slower for me than Firefox. Okay, nothing special in my opinion so I uninstalled it. With several months having passed perhaps it is now better than before.

No harm in giving it a try.

Since I've gone to Linux (Ubuntu) with Firefox, I simply haven't had problems. I haven't fired up a Microsoft machine now in months
