AETA Workday

Another load of timbers arrived at the new showgrounds for the Antique Engine and Tractor Association this week, so today was a workday to coat them with oil and restack. These were bigger than the ones last week and all had to be moved with skidsteers and pallet forks. To see an example of the type of building it is going to be, go to You Tube, type in Gindler Barn in the search box and you can see some videos of a barn being built. Chris

Chris, I just watched the complete set of videos from the Gindler Barn reconstruction. Hope yours goes up that fast. Those guys really need to be orgainized to keep the pace they set.

Hi, Jim. I haven't taken time to watch them all yet, but did watch a few of them. Yes, this will be something to see. Almost wish I couldn't find a job until it is finished so I can help out and see it go up. The new guys are working on the new website, hopefully in a week or so it will be up and running, I'll let you know when I find out. They set up a "Groups" page on Facebook, and are supposed to have some club info on it, I tried to find it but didn't have any luck. Take care, Chris
