18.4-38 prices

I've been looking for a pair of 18.4-38's for my Massey. I prefer them old style 23 deg tread tires like Firestone. Came across these on eBay, what do you think is this a competitive price for a pair?

Just put on a pair of Firestones on my 4240, 18.4x38 bias ply. They listed at $850 each. Radials were $1050. Been running radials since they came out, but now this tractor is a planter, stalk chopper, hauling wagons tractor, no major tillage, so went with the bias.

Aparantly the price of tire went crazy over the last year or so. Last summer we put a pair of Coop 18.4x38 bias tires on our 1855 and the total cost was about $1400 I think. Might have been a little bit less.

We would like to put new tires on our 285 this year (18.4x34) but they may have to wait for a little while until we get some other things taken care of.
