Hauling price

I have sold a tractor and the guy has asked me to deliver it so i do not know what the going rate is.
I want to be honest not under charge or over charge.

Is this a local haul or to another state. How many miles?????????
Is this tractor of legal size (less than 102" wide) or does it need a permit to haul??????

Give us all the details because it does make a differance.

This is a 80 oliver so no permit trip will be 300 mile one way

General hauling prices are around $1.50 per loaded mile for non permit loads of any distance. Some are adding a fuel surcharge that is about 10 to 12% at current fuel prices.

When I was buying fuel for 18 wheels that price would get it delivered, then I had to find something to pay the way back. Don"t short change yourself.
