I know a gal that dinged up her 2005 Impala and had to have the headlight assembly replaced. After she got it back it got moisture inside of the housing when it rained or when she washed it. She took it back and they replaced the housing and again moisture. In fact she is on her fifth light assembly right now. They said that they got the last one from a different supplier. Has anyone had a similar problem?

My mom had a 2003 that would have water in it. After going through 6 different ones we just drilled a small hole in the case to drain. We bought 2 of three different kinds and they all leaked!!

I have 2005 Chev Venture mini-van with the same problem. I've taken it out, dried it out and sealed it with clear silicone but it still leaks. I think I'll go the drilling a hole route.

I have an 2002 Grand Prix. The original turn lamp assys leaked, the new one thats been on 8 months hasnt leaked...yet.

After driving around town, I think this is a GM problem in general after seeing how many different GM cars have water in the lights.

'92 Seville. Had the taillights replaced under warranty twice. Finally gave up and drilled a small drain hole in the bottom.
