4-150 upper shaft front flange removal

How do I remove the top front flange? As you can see in the picture, bottom front flange has a nut to remove. Top one doesn't. You are looking forward in the hinge assembly on a White 4-150 tractor. It's spraying grease anytime the engine runs, loses about a gallon of grease in the time it takes to work ten acres. The top flange has to come out, I believe, to replace the grease seal behind (towards the transmission) it.

So How does it come out now?

This is where the two driveshafts attach. Top one runs Hydraulics and PTO, bottom one runs back tires.
