IH 238

Does anyone have any information about the IH 238 diesel. I have never seen one and can find very little information / specifications on it. I have been told this is an industrial model but I have been told, by the seller, it has a 3 pt. and PTO. If anyone knows about this model or knows I should stay away from it please let me know.

Industrial version of the IH 384. Made in the IH Bradford works in England.

The 384 is a solid tractor, as far as I know the 238 was the exact same tractor in yellow.

Thanks for the information. I have never used or restored IH tractors before. Are parts easy to come by since this model was built in England?

Parts are common, at least here in eastern Canada, as a lot of those UK tractors came here.

I would imagine any CIH dealer can find basic items
