OT, hazard/turn signal flasher location '96 ram 1500

Daughters flashers and signals dont work, all fuses test good, but I can not find the location of the flasher to swap it out. She has no manual, can any one give me headway?
 
It should be in the same compartment at the fuses. It's the round cartridge in the fuse panel. Make sure you are looking at the panel on the left side of the dash, not the one under the hood.

On my 98 2500 it's located in the lower left corner of the fuse panel. It looks just like a 5 prong relay. Mine took a Napa EP-27
 
OK, then I found it, replaced it with a new one, and they still do not work. Fuses all check out good. any ideas on what else could be causeing the hazards and turnsignals not to work?
 
Will the brake lights work?

If so then it could be in the turn signal switch assy in the dash?
 
Yes the brake lights work fine. I was hoping it was the flasher. I worry how hard it will be to replace the turn signal switch assy.
 
Well, the manual says if flashers and both side turn signals fail: fuse, flasher, switch, loose connection.

At the switch terminal block in column:

Turn Signal Hazard Continuity Between
Off Off pins 12, 14, 15
Left Off pins 15, 16, 17
Left Off pins 12, 14
Left Off pins 22, 23 with Opt Lamps
Right Off pins 11, 12, 17
Right Off pins 14, 15
Right Off pins 23, 24 with Opt Lamps
Off On pins 11, 12, 13, 15, 16

Looking at switch terminal:

24 23 22 21 20 19 18
17 16 15 14 xxxx 13 12 11 10
9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1

Don't sound fun. Better check continuity before going after wiring.

By the way, manual calls that a "Multifunction Switch" and looks to be on left side of column, and other stuff running through that switch on diferrent terminals, but unrelated windshield wipers, headlight dimmers. Can't miss it, lots of wires.

Looks messy.
