value of a Farmall M

I am looking at a Farmall M in good running condition, tin OK, and tight motor, to use on my farm. What would be a fair price for one. Has anyone seen any sell recently and for what price?

Tires are a big factor. If good tires, not dry rotted and have good tread, I'd say $1200-1300 range. If tires need to be replaced soon, I'd say more in the $850-900 range.

With the cost of new tires now the condition of those would be a big factor for me. Good useable M in indiana will bring 1200-1500. When you get to supers or mta they start to climb.

If tires and transmission are good, I'd say $1300-$1600. If it has a wide front or other options, it would be more.
