Its about time /sunburn

Spreading fertilizer , and got my arms sunburned / or wind burned today ,,,usually in southern In that ALWAYS happens before the middle of april ,, i can recall getting a ritesmart burn on march 12th puttin on a roof 20 yrs back ...we have planted corn april 8th before , no one has any planted here yet , however ALONGSIDE 231 SOUTH OF DALE IN , THERE IS A BUNCH IN THE GROUND AT LEAST 10 DAYS....MIGHT BE UP , by now , butI doubt it been awfully cold
 
Same here in NEPA, outside all day doing a major cleanup in prep of building a house this summer, saw the red on my arms after I showered. They're planting potatoes here now.

Neighbor planted next to us tonight here in east central indiana. Dad dug the planter out from behind the combine today. The old guys always said never to start on friday or you'll never get done.
 
Yeah I heard the other day that the very first field in the county was planted. West Central Indiana. We"re still a few weeks away.
 
I wish this global warming hadn't taken place , and you might have gotten it in earlier , thanks Al Gore. a couple more years of warming and you might not get a crop in until the middle of June.
