I want THANK All that gave me some Advice... I remove the little black wire , and got SPARK ...
I put a little gas in the spark plug holes [ it's a 2 cyl ..] and put the plugs back in...Had it running for a little bit.. so I put more gas down the carb. had it running alittle longer.. till it took off.. the auto trans WASN"T in..N..

Like they say live and learn...
now I'm going to clean the carb.
