Kubota RTV 900 Underpowered

What can I do to boost the power of my RTV 900? It is a fine machine just seems low on power.

Have you changed the air filter or blown it out this will cause a great loss of power on the little kubota engines?

We use them at work. Google about the machine. It's hydraulicly driven, when you floor it, it actually makes the power worse as it engages taller gears in the drive unit. You really have to "learn" how to drive them, they are unique.

Put on a turbo kit!

Give me a tick or call and I will try and help Have sold over 400 of the units. Several things you can do but learning how to drive the hydro is the biggest help. But if you get time get in touch with me and i will try and help you Jerry Watkins

I have one, and I have found it to be very powerful. It took me a while to learn that with the hydro and the throttle controlled by the accelerator pedal that if you got under a big load you actually need to back out of it a little or otherwise you keep opening the hydro up essentially putting it in a higher gear. I have pulled two hay wagons with 125 bales a piece on them in from the field with mine, on flat ground of course and not on the highway, it did a really good job of it.
