JD 7000 planter issues

Buddy of mine has a JD 7000 16 row planter that has some electrical/hyd issues. The right side wing wheels work fine but the left side will not move at all. The same goes for the center carrier wheels. We did lift the planter off the cylinder stops and then the center wheels all seemed to work but they will not go into transport mode and lift the extra height. So who is an expert here and knows what is wrong? Thanks for any help as planting season will be here soon!

had a similar problem, has he went thru the cyl. bleeding steps that should be in the owners manual, these are set up that if there is ANY air in system will not work and will do what you say it is doing, Bill T
