A couple of months ago, a friend at work told me he bought an Inversion Table, his Chiro recomended it. He said it worked wonders for his back. About 3 weeks ago, he told me he found another one for sale and asked if I was interested. It was a $300 table with little use for $150. I told him I would take it, so he picked it up for me. I've been using it about 5 to 7 minutes morning and night. My back hasn't felt this good in YEARS!!! I feel better after I get off of it than I did when I would leave the Chiro's office. My hip goes out once in a while, and it even helps pull it back into place. Wish I'd bought one 15 or 20 years ago!!! Chris

I have heard those work well. I just hang (right side up) from the rafters in my garage.
Do you think there is any difference in hanging by the hands or by the feet?

I was told hanging by your hands will mess up your shoulders. Good tip on the inversion table. Thanks. joe-

IT would be just fine,, if you hung by your head.

I guess if what your doing works for you it must be OK. I was told when inverted, gravity pulls everything back into place. I have it set so my head is about at 4 o-clock position, Was told that you didn't need to go verticle. Chris

Dad was having tingly legs, Dr tried steroids, but then recommended back surgery, without any guarantee it would work. He figured if the Dr was guessing, he could too. Bought an inversion table-end of problem! He just uses it now when he feels it coming on. His sisters husband has ALWAYS had a sciatic nerve problem. He bought one, at Dad's suggestion, and now he has much less problems too! Greg

...seems to me that I saw you show a picture of a real nice Oliver a year or two or so back from memory that you got a pretty good deal on top of that. Gosh that was a fine lookin tractor. I'm thinking that has to rank up there best money ever spent. From memory, that was sweet all the way around and sure hope you're happy with her and she's treatin you well. Nice tractor, real nice tractor. Use her in great health.

Hey, didn't you also put together an old Oliver peddle tractor for your grandson or something like that? Personally, I think your spending your money pretty well.

just took mine inversion table out to get rid of it yesterday, after i told my chiro i had one, he bout had a heart attack, send get rid of that , and now, people using them have 20 times more strokes, scared the dickens outa me,altho, i can t say it helped that much over the years i had it. be carefull. Yeah, I accomplished sort of the same a few years back when I broke both my legs. Had to use a walker for quite awhile. Using that walker stetched my back out and it never felt better.

Once my legs healed, and I started walking on my own, horsing around with firewood and tractor parts, my bad back came back, just as it was before.

I back surgery that fused three vertebrae and I still have pain. Has anyone used an inversion table after surgery?

i know where you guys are coming from on the iversion thing, 10 years ago and before, when i was still milking cows i could lay crossway on the bed, my head over one side, feet on other and push on my hips with both hands, something would feel like it pulled apart, boy!!!!!! relief, now at 69 i m all fused up, laying on a hard floor gets relief
