If your looking for a cheap way out. Try finding a good used one form a salvage yard. just swap out the whole column.

Thanks Jim, the salvage yards I checked don't have one for it, said that was "getting kind of old"

I repaired one buying all the parts from Ford other than the wiring seemed pretty cheep when I did it. look up pull a part and see if there is one near you that way you can get everything you need and save a few $$
