Way OT/ White Dove

My best friend (since age 12) died unexpectedly of a heart attack late yesterday. I went over and spent a good part of the day with his family. I left at about 5, so I could go by the bank. I pulled out of their drive, and started driving down the highway. A huge white dove flew over the cab of my truck, landed and sat on the centerline of the road, and then flew off.. And this was during a rainstorm, the same bad front that is moving across the South.. This sure did reinforce my belief..

I can believe it.

My sister's husband died at home of cancer. Their oldest daughter, (my niece) was on her way to their house, still about ten miles away. It had just stopped raining and the sun had come out. There was a rainbow with one end right where my sister's house was, and my niece said suddenly a yellowish ball left the end of the rainbow and went straight up into the sky.

When my niece arrived at the house, she found her father had died a few minutes before, at almost the exact time the yellow ball rose from the rainbow. My niece is convinced to this day that the yellowish ball she saw rising from the rainbow was her father's soul going up into heaven. Who can argue against her?

My great aunt lived to be 103. Her request many years before she passed was no flowers at the grave site or church service. Someone laid a single rose on the casket at the grave site and as the service there was ending a puff of wind blew the rose off the casket and away from the tent. I could picture her grinning at that moment. She had very strong faith.
