witch port has the highest press? And when using a loader on this tractor do you use front ports or t them together and use one port?

The port on the right side and the front port on the left side are already connected via a TEE of sorts on the backside of the belly pump so you may as well use those two ports. The rear port on the left side is connected in the same place as the other two, just a little further back.

Doesn"t the rear port respond a short time after the front two? I thought it"s timed that way so mid-mounted cultivators lift first, then the rear mounted ones.

Supposedly that rear port is a delayed action port, but if you ever take a look at where that port is plumbed in, and also take a look inside the belly pump, you'll see that the rear port is no different than either of the other two. If you are going to get any kind of delayed action from it, there has to be something else placed in the hydraulic line going to the rear.

The delayed lift was a completly different valve assembly. It was a cultivator option. A cast iron slotted carrier with a short selector lever. If I remember correctly if you used all the ports you could raise each front side individually and there was a slot that delayed the rear shovels. These actually were common on the 438 cultivator.

There's a valve of sorts between the front ports and the rear port. If you try to use the rear port without instead of the front port, you can get the pump bound up. It's not serious but can be confusing.
