Can any one verify which massey harris drill this is?

There is a seeding chart in it that says #306 drill, but it is obvious it has been riveted in so I am not sure if I indeed have a massey harris #306 drill. I want to get a manual for it and restore it as well as use it, but I need to verify what it is.

No, I picked up this one a couple weeks ago for $100. I am still gonna look at that Tye. This drill is actually in very good shape. I am sick of borrowing equipment from certain neighbors. This will do for now, hopefully I can restore it and sell it or trade it off for something else when acreage available increase. A 20' would be nice for beans. Watched a guy last fall seed 30 acres with an old 10' drill and a 2090 tractor. What a mess that feild is.

Hi Dave, Massey made a 306-307-308-310. I can't
quite determine the amount of "runs" on yours but
the 306 from 16-24 runs if hand lift and 16 to 28
runs if hyd. The 6 in 306 stands for 6" spacing
and the 307 7" spacing, etc. The 307 16 or 18 run
hand lift or hyd the same. The 308 16 and 20 run
the same hand or hyd. The 310 14 or
16 run(and of course 10" spacing. I should have
mentioned that others also offered choice of
power lift along w/hand and hyd choices. I have product books and parts books but no owners manuals. Chuck (also Mn)
