I think you intended to put a link to a site with instructions and pictures on how to change the headlight since you mention fig. 4., but the info didn't come through as a link. Please re-post. I'll be glad to look at it.

P.S. I did look at the assembly myself and I couldn't see anyway to get to them other than removing the grill, but I'm not a mechanic and will gladly look at your info if you will post a link or website.

This was from my subscription to ALLDATA.Here's fig 4.

Two vertical screws need to come out. These are the long ones described in proceedure.I believe they have a 5.5(7/32) head.

Thanks for the pic and info. Unfortunately, that's not the headlight set up I have on my truck. I wish it was. Per Glennster, the halogen bulb that I will need costs $131.32. Ouch!

It also says to stone women, but you don't see us doing that now do you? That's all the farther I'm gonna go because according to you, I'm gonna be burning in h*ll along with every single other member on this board.

Don't worry. I'll save you a spot next to Hitler.

Reminds me of a story I heard about an old fellow caught working on his tractor one Sunday morning.

He was told by this concerned passer-by that he was going to burn because he was breaking the law by working on Sunday.

The old man put down his tools, thought for a while and replied "I'll be so busy shaking hands with all my old friends that I won't notice the heat."

At the risk of taking this thread even further off-topic, many people (in life & on this forum) let their beliefs be known in a classy, compassionate, and NON-OBNOXIOUS way...

You never see James and/or Nancy making off-color jokes, being judgmental, or being obnoxious...

The Bible also says:

"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal"

So, Saint Joe, you feel you have the right to judge? Then go do it somewhere else because you are not gaining any favor by doing it here. I don't come here to be judged or watch others be judged. I come here to get information about tractors and gardening. I have my own Bible and belong to a church and THAT is where I seek my religious comfort.

Thanks,
Bill

It seems once again that Joe is lost. From his response it seems he feels EVERYTHING in the Bible has to be followed. That is foolishness. Those of us who have made a personal commitment to Christ are not bound by the Law, Old Testament. The Old Covenant was replaced by the New Covenant, we are not saved by the Law but by Grace. Therefore we are not bound by the pages upon pages of Levitical law the Old Testament contains. So once again Joe is wrong, we are not to follow everything the Bible said. We are not the Jewish nation and are not covered by Law. So Joe, you can follow everything the Bible says, but those of us under Christs Blood are set free from those bonds.

You forgot 1 also.

1If any of you has a dispute with another, dare he take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the saints?2Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases?

Wow, a post about a headlight sure ended up in a totally different direction. Well Nancy, I hope all turned out well on the headlight. Sorry I don't know much about those or I'd be happy to help answer YOUR QUESTION!

Hey bonehead, show me where I said the Bible is foolishness. I didn't, I said people thinking we who are saved are bound by the levitical law is foolishness. Which is what you sayed when we were told EVERYTHING in the Bible had to be followed. As usual you won't admit you were either wrong or misspoke, you just keep babbling like you know what your talking about.

What it looks like is you had better keep studying the Scriptures. You seem to not know that Matthew 5:17 says that "He did not come to abolish the Law but to fulfill it". Even you should be able to understand that, we who are under atonement are NOT BOUND by the law. By Christs death and resurrection the Law was fulfilled, hence we ARE NOT BOUND by the Levitical law. Those laws were set by God as the means by which His Nation could obtain the forgiveness of the Father before Calvary finished the work. That is why we are now under the New Covenant. And either you know that or you are a complete hypocrite, because we all know you don't observe the page after page of Laws in the Pentatuch.

Ok Joe, how do you get along not eating shellfish or pork? Or how about only being able to wear clothes made of cotton or hemp? Or what is it like going to church on Saturday? Where do you buy your lambs and bulls that you burn on the altar? Doesn't you door post stink with all the blood that you have to paint on it to save your household? Is life rough after cutting off both hands and both eyes after removing them when they caused you to sin?
I think you get the idea, you don't follow EVERY word of the BIble either so quit being a hypocrite. You do not believe we have to follow every word of the Bible either but you got caught saying that and now are not man enough to admit you misspoke. We ARE NOT bound by the Law, we in no way have to follow EVERY WORD of the Bible. We HAVE to follow the directions of the New Testament as we are saved by the New Covenant.

Please tell me how you uphold the Law, because I am willing to guess you don't uphold one letter of the Law contained in the Pentatuch. You just like to sound like you are holy, but I know from your previous comments that you don't follow the Law. Once again, you are being a hypocrite.

Unfortunately all this started last week when I was commenting on my 34 year old Maytag washer and dryer.

As you can see it has gone from Maytag to Mayhem!

Guess that is what I deserve talking about things not related to my antique tractors and farm implements.

Now I have learned that it is better to just lay down the stick and walk away from the dead horse.
