im looking for a photo listing of primarly WWll german military trucks, with the specs of the truck too, the germans sure had some weird looking rigs, a web search so far has turned up very little of any use anybody got a place to look?
 
I subscribe to WWII history. They are are great magazine. They often feature odd ball military vehicles, planes and land vehicles and ships.

Not sure,but they have a web site, I think, should have archives.

Hello - would this magazine by any chance show advertising, articles, and such concerning tractors + agriculture during WWII? I'm doing my senior project in college.
 
For pictures of tractors in use in WWII, try old issues, of Popular Mechanics, 1941-45, at that time they had a farm mechanics section. For more pictures of WWII vehicles, try the Military Vehicles Magazine.com, they have a paper magazine. Also just do a google image search of Opel trucks WWII.
 
A good bet is Hobby Lobby or another big store that sells glue-together models. The sides of the packages have the original trucks specifications and early or late model designation. Take plenty of paper & pencils; they have dozens of WW II German military trucks alone, not to mention Polish, French, British, U.S., Russian & others.
 
Contact the WWII history museum in Auburn, Indiana. 260-927-9144. Dean Kruse of Kruse Auctions bought 2 ship loads of military items in Europe. Built a big museum for it & has just the type of info you need. It is about 8 miles down the road from me & is really impressive.
 
there is a man in clio,mi that has a small collection of german vehicles. he does not have a p/c. he likely has the best collection and rep in the world for rare german vehicles. i will contact him to see if he will talk with you. wally
