I will be making a trip to the ST. Cloud area in a couple of weeks to pick up a machine I just bought. Does Minnesota have a farmers classified similar to the Wisconsin State Farmer classifieds -- I will have more room on the trailer and want to buy some other equipment or some livestock equipment. Thanks.

From St. Cloud Go East on Highway MN 23 toward Foley MN about 8 mi. About a mile from Foley on the north side of the Highway is JC equipment. It is just to the west of Foley Ag Supply. There is a wealth of machinery and several rows of tractors/implements. The owner is reasonable, and honest. On that same journey you will pass both CaseIH, and JD dealers with an array of used equip. JimN

Minnesota Farm Guide - I'd guess they are on-line, don't have one handy right now. (Just looked it up - www.minnesotafarmguide.com)
Both those have a pretty good clasified section, all the auctions, and dealer ads.

Beyond what paul said- try Rochester Agri-News...they cover about 2/3 of the state. What JanNicholson said- I would disagree, been there multiple times in the last decade or more and looked at the merchandise, bent out of shape and overpriced. You can find a similar yard north on Hiway 10, before Little Falls, or go to Gilman. (Gotwald"s). Long Prairie- Stewart/Brownton- similar consignment junk. If you go to those places, you get what you pay for. Just hpe you don"t have to farm for a living with it.
