JD 9500 Country of origin?

I know this is a bit newer than most of the discussion that goes on around here but I will be looking at a 9500 Deere combine this weekend and someone told me to make sure I run the serial number through JD to make sure it isn’t an import. Has anyone else done this? Or anyone know how to? Thanks in advance.

The combine will be from harvester works in Moline U.S.A. Straw walker machines come from Germany as the U.S. now only make rotarys which is a shame because we can only get U.S. combines down here and we really need walker machines to cope with our conditions. All Deere machines have a serial number plate on them, they will all say Deere & co, Moline, but if you look closley the plate will also have its counry of manufacture on the plate as well, weather it is a tractor, combine, loader or whatever, easy to tell whre it came from.
