Funny Tractor Ad in KC Star Newspaper

I took this from the Kansas City Star Classifieds section awhile back and it makes me laugh every time I read it. (For Sale) JD 2940 w/Western door floater, sharp $14,000.) I reckon they were sounding out what the Ol Boy said when he placed the ad,but didnt even get close

Those are a hoot, farm auction bills too sometimes have a real funny in them, you can just see the poor non-ag gal in the office trying to keep up typing away....

I don't think I can spell Wessendorf right either, but I hope it loads more than it floats!

I saw that one too, made me wonder after the second time, why the owner didn't call the paper and correct. But guess it did catch attention the way it was written.

Sounds like a case where spellcheck should be left alone. 75% of mistakes in newspaper ads are spellcheck applications.

Our local paper seems to have alot of ads for "Hay Bails" for sale....don't know if that has to do with gettin' a cow outta jail or maybe a way to dry out a wet meadow before ya bale the hay on it, but either way, it's interesting!
