OT growing blue berrys

was thinking about growing some blue berrys for the u pic market any thoughts postive or negative and what kind of plants to buy i think a upright that would grow like a bush maybe 5 foot tall would be better than one that grows as a speading short knee hi bush any help would be a plus thanks everyone
 
need very low pH. I think it was around 4-5 to thrive! Thats whats holding us back from planting more. A lot of work to keep the pH low enough on our soil.
 
In our part of the world, there are a lot of blueberries, especially across the Cape Fear River from us. The soil is very acidic and sandy in that area and there are several thousand acres of blueberries. The two main types are rabbiteye and highbush. Ideally, they like a peat type soil, very low pH. We have 3 plants in the garden, clay soil so I didn't know how they'd do, but we have low pH naturally, and they're very productive.
 
We used to have about 40 blueberry bushes. We used acidic fertilizer on them. Big problem with birds. If you do plant some make sure you have 3 different breeds.
