9000 series John Deeres?

I am pretty sure they are, I was in a 9520 today and it was full time 4 wheel, kind of a useless tractor tho, no 3 point or pto, just a pintle hitch for a scraper.

All the four wheelers i have been around are full time four wheel drive. by four wheeler i mean all wheels the same size and bend in the middle as to three point and pto not much need on a 500HP tractor as there isnt much for equipment to fit this size tractor and use these attacments

Kinda handy to have a PTO on one for a large grain cart though. Trouble with the 9000 series Deere PTO is that they are an electric switch and you can't ease them in. Hard to start the grain cart without shearing pins or worse.

PTO's on all newer equipment are electric clutch. They are fine(we worried at first too) Grain carts I've used have a slip clutch with friction discs. 4WD tractors are full time 4X4, MFWA can turn off the front wheels(which turn a little faster than the rear to facilitate better turning.) PTO is an easy add on for these tractors(modular system) you don't need to open up the tranny. I have a 8420 on my grain cart, and would much rather have a 4x4 on it for the extra weight and height.

A neighbor here uses a 9200,but he says he has to be darned careful who he puts on it so they don't raise hob on the cart putting the PTO in gear.
