I need to find a pto clutch pack for a 4000 ford tractor. I also need a 14"x30" good used rim..

I have used all my resources here in mid tn.
 
Try Worthingtonagparts.com, or call them at 1-800-533-5304. They have several parts yards across the country, and usually have some Fords. I don't know as I'd buy a used clutch pack... I'd probably just grit my teeth and pay what New Holland wants for that.
 
Unless the drum is bad, why not just throw some new discs and sealing rings in it and it should be good for another 40 years.
There isn't a reason in the world to think that anything in a scrap yard will be any better than yours...
Likewise on the wheels. A&I make them reasonably well and fairly cheap if you can't stomach NH's pricing.

the disc are fine. The hub is chipped around the edge that holds the snap ring in place for the clutches.

I really only need the hub. The rest is fine..

You could try Fawcett Tractor. Google them.
They wreck a lot of Ford's.

If nothing else, and I was stuck, and not wanting to spend much money on it... I'd probably either run it or weld it depending on just how bad it looks. Grind it back to shape and give it a whirl. I think that's when you get to the "I got nothin' to lose stage".

I am already thinking about putting it together and then welding the edge back. If it is thicker than it was before, there is nothing that it will hit..
New Holland want 1300.00 for a new hub.. Almost what the tractor is worth.
