Letting Out the Clutch

go slow.

Once the tractor starts to move dont do what most
people in the situition do and dump it and take
your foot off. Jobs not done yet

Keep going out at the same pace until the tractor
is moving at as fast is it is going to go with
that throttle/gear combination.

It just takes a little practice. You get the hang
of it real fast

Just let it out slowly until you get the hang of it. Every clutch feels different. If it jerks and you can't get around it there may be problems with the clutch disc or pressure plate. They're not hard to remove if need be.

If it isn't an intuitive, simple, easy engage you may have problems with your clutch. Chattering, grabbing etc is usually indicative of a worn or oily (read leaking rear seal) disc.
Good luck

Welcome to YT btw

Alot depends on what kind of disc the clutch is using. Regular organic disc linings will have a fair amount of slip to them, but if there's a ceramic button disc in it, then it will have almost NO slip to it. It's either all in or all out with those type of linings. Button discs were popular with some tractor makers because the low gear ratios used didn't require much slippage to their clutches, and ceramic buttons far outlast normal organic linings.

If it all possible no matter what the tractor or vehicle keep your heel on the floor and pivot your ankle or slide your heel back to engage the clutch if you suspend your whole foot on the pedal you will never have control if it starts jumping, I gotta go
