Goose, it is so simple! Just switch the 3rd row, 2nd one in from the left, with the 6th row, 12th one in from the right! Guarranteed to work! Greg

HOW did you get into my basement and take a picture of my wiring without me knowing about it???

Used to work maintenance at a galvanizinf plant for awhile that had many control panels that look like that....and no wiring diagrams for any of them. It's the only place I know where troubleshooting a problem consisted of just probing around a mess of wires and looking for something "out of place". My luck ran thin one night and I got zapped by the loose wire, the only way I found it I might add. Fortunately I was lucky enough to figure out which terminal it broke free from and fix the bridge crane it controlled before the parts they had been dipping in the acid tank corroded away.

Too easy to troubleshoot! everything is out in the open! Just overload the system and see where the smoke comes from. Start there!

Looks like we need a good telephone switchboard operator to sort it out. She might suggest switching a couple wires on the panel, but PLEASE HOLD, while we try to find the problem. DOUG

That looks like a control panel one of the electrictal enginers that worked for same company that I did wired at a water plant . I started to wire relmetery to motor starter opened panel a bunch of red wires fell out of panel none marked. I called him and told him to get his a** here and redo his job & do it right that I would touch it untill he did. Some people just do what they have to to get by.

As a water plant operator I can tell you the scariest thing I can hear at work is that one of our enginers has been working around the plant one day.

I got into an argument with our electrical/automation guru last week because I would not close a valve that would shut water off to half the next county. Gotta love'm.
