Drain plug?

Should be right in the bottom of the transmission. On the one I have its about a 1" plug that takes a 1/2" square drive socket to remove if I remember correctly.
 
Right side, at the bottom, to the rear. It's an inch, maybe a bit more, in diameter. The head is recessed, like the fill-plug on top, and on mine, I can use a 1/2" drive socket wrench (without a socket) to loosen it.
The 'oil-level' plug is on the left side, maybe mid-high, toward the front, much smaller that the other two, and the square head of the plug extends, and takes a small crescent wrench. If it's like mine, I have to move the brake rod to get it out.
Let us know what comes out. The first time I emptied mine after I bought it used, it looked like mocha-milk.
 
Pete's got it. Bottom rear, on the right side. If you don't get anything when you remove the plug, that would indicate a lot of hard dry sludge in the bottom. You can usually get it started running by making a little hook with a clothes hanger and digging it out. If it's that bad you might consider stopping short of a complete drain and topping it off to the level plug (the one by the left brake that Pete described) with kerosene, running it around a little bit and then draining. Worst case, lift the cover plate with the shifter and clean it out good and proper.

If you get lucky and get just water and oil, its a five-quart refill. In any event, refill until it runs out the plug up by the left brake rod.
