Jakes Tractor Parade-A Must Read Story

Sure makes a guy stop and realize all the little trials that come our way are nothing compared to what others are going through.
Also, it sure makes a person tip your hat to those local farmers. They are guys that will do anything to help out a neighbor or brighten a little boy's last day.

thanks for posting it very sad thing to happen especially to someone so young we feel for the family. RICK

Unfortunatley, those times are just about gone around here.

I gotta admit though, I had to wipe a few tears from my eyes. Truely a touching and inspireing story.

My thoughts and prayers are with Jake"s family. Thank you for posting this and thank you to the farmers that took their time to do the parade. I know the impact a tractor can have on a terminally ill child, as my son died from a brain tumor five years ago, at age 5. I restored my dad"s 43 JD B in his honor and my son and I drove it around our neighborhood about every other day during his final few months. That tractor was one of the few things that would bring a smile to his face during those painful days.
