Check engine light came on yesterday after I replaced thermostat then washed off the motor, 4.0L. Anyway, error code is 43, which is?

Don't know,but just a tip on that since you own one. My son has one and was having a problem with error codes. He did a web search for "Jeep Forum". Found a great one right off the bat that helped him out a lot.

Why I didn't think of searching for a "Jeep forum" I don't know. But thanks to you and a quick Google search, it is no longer a problem.
