Bosch Injection Pump Gyros

I have an Agri-power 4000 with a Bosch pump and went to check the oil level in the pump and it was full of fuel!?
Any idea what this could be from?
It also smokes REALLY bad (blue)

This is normal I think the way you describe it. Many of those old American Bosch ( yours is probably German) had an overflow tube. The fuel comes from normal leakage from the pump's plungers and barrels. How about a pump model to start with and when was the last time the oil was changed. I think you have some version of a Fiat and I can check but I need more infromation. When does it smoke blue?
 
It does have an oveflow tube. I tried to add more oil through the red plastic cap on the pump and the oil went out right through the overflow. As far as the oil being changed I don't know I just got the tractor a few weeks ago. You mean the engine oil right?
It smokes all the time...really bad!
It must have good compression b/c it starts so quick and easy. No blow-by from the breather.
